VH Group CSR Initiative Supports Sports Affairs in Building a Stronger Young Generation of Badminton Talent

Sports Affairs Badminton Club has received a major boost after securing a sponsorship agreement with VH Group, aimed at enhancing the club’s long-term grassroots development programmes.

The collaboration also aligns with VH Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focused on building a brighter future for the younger generation. Through this partnership, VH Group underscores its commitment to contributing positively to youth development by supporting sports as a platform for discipline, opportunity, and growth.

The sponsorship comes as part of Sports Affairs’ mission to cultivate more high-quality young players for the national badminton scene. The club, which manages elite athletes including Aidil Sholeh Ali Sadikin, Goh Jin Wei and para badminton icon Cheah Liek Hou, will now be able to channel more resources into nurturing emerging talent.

Sports Affairs President, Raezal Hussein, said the collaboration with VH Group is a crucial step in addressing the shortage of young players at the grassroots level. He added that the support will help strengthen training pathways, improve development structures, and expand opportunities for junior athletes.

The partnership marks an important milestone as both organisations work together to build the next generation of Malaysian badminton champions.
