No. 1475240-M) is not affiliated nor a subsidiary of the VH Group of Companies or connected in any manner whatsoever with our subsidiary VHL Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (Co. Reg. No. 808145-K). Our position remains as follows: –

The VH Group of Companies’ employees, agents and contractors will therefore not be held accountable for any form of transactions that may or have occurred between you and VCH Logistics Sdn. Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 1475240-M). As such, we are making known that we will not be responsible for any losses, damages or expenses incurred as a result.

This has been similarly addressed in our advisory dated 30 November, 2022 relating to VHL Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Co. Reg. No. 1475240-M).

We ask that you verify with us when names of companies under the VH Group are used by non-VH Group of Companies personnel in any business dealings.
