Empowering the Next Generation: VH Group’s Commitment to Malaysia’s Junior Badminton Talent
VH Group has partnered with Kelab Badminton Sports Affairs to support its Junior Development Program, with the aim of nurturing future Malaysian badminton champions. The collaboration forms part of VH Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, focusing on youth development through sports.
A team of nine promising young athletes, aged between 15 and 18, is currently undergoing structured training to enhance technical skills, discipline, and competitive readiness. As part of their development, the players are set to compete in 12 tournaments, including the PETRONAS National Under 18 Championships, providing valuable exposure at a higher competitive level.
The initiative reflects VH Group’s continued commitment to community development while strengthening the pipeline of future badminton talents. Both parties are expected to expand the programme further, creating more opportunities for young athletes to grow and excel.
